Padel Bracket is a free, no-account tournament app. We do not collect personal data, sell data, or require registration. Tournament data is stored locally on your device.

Padel Bracket ("we", "us", "our") is a free web application available at padel-bracket.com. It is an open-source project maintained by Danny de Vis.

When you use the "Share" feature to generate a live-view link, the current tournament state is temporarily stored in a Supabase database to allow spectators to follow along. This data:

Google Analytics is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and no tracking occurs.

Since we collect no personal data directly, most GDPR rights can be exercised by simply clearing your browser data.

Local browser data (localStorage) persists until you clear your browser storage. Supabase live-share data is overwritten on each update and is not permanently retained. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google's minimum setting).

Padel Bracket is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
