Mexicano gets increasingly competitive because top-ranked players always end up playing together. Americano is more social; Mexicano is better for groups that want a clear competitive winner.
PadelBracket defaults to a target score of 11 with win by 2 enabled. You can change the target to 15 or 21 and toggle win by 2 on or off in the setup wizard. Rally scoring is used throughout.
